Bought an LG tv from the Brighton location. In under 3 months we’ve had 2 tv’s fail. They flat out said the first one was defective. We were originally told since it was a 65 inch tv that if anything ever happened they would send someone out to bring us a new one and take the defective tv. They sent the geek squad out to our house and he said it was defective and he’d submit the work order. We followed up since no one called us and were told we had to bring the tv up ourselves. We bought a 65 in lg tv. The screen had a huge line through it after 1 day. Had to bring it in to exchange it. Not even two months later the new tv’s screen went completely black. They couldn’t get someone out to look at it until over a week later. I’m just going to return the tv and purchase somewhere else. They didn’t really seem to care about the inconvenience. They should back their product. Two messed up tv’s in 2 months? Pretty ridiculous!!!!
wanted to buy music CD's and all they had was this little bin for $5,99 I am not going to stand there and look inside a bin. I told the guy the guy at the door that I will not be back anymore and if want people to shop them then put them on a wall. He watched me and husband walk to our car and get into until we started to drive away. I wanted to tell him to take a picture it might last longer. I will never go back to a Best Buy or will I tell anyone to them.
Worst customer service of ANY Best Buy on the planet . Their phone system is 1000% designed for no human contact - so I drove 39 miles to get there only to find out that they didn’t carry what I needed , after a POORLY trained associate lead me around the store for 25 minutes telling me they did. Customer service at Best Buy is An absolute Joke . Now I know how amazon started - LESS THAN 1 star RATING

Bought an insignia TV from them. Insignia is their brand. The TV has had all sorts of issues. Geek squad has been to my house 4 times and coming back for a 5th and they won’t replace the TV! Ridiculous waste of my time!
When you buy an electric steam dryer & it doesn’t come with the electrical plug or steam hose ! 😳
