Useless employees. Have gone in twice with the intention of buying an item and went somewhere else to spend money. Complete joke of a store and the management should be replaced.

Just a warning to always double or triple check your appointments. Back in November my husband made an appt for my car to get a remote start installed and when I showed up they said the appt was booked incorrectly (the installer wasn't even there for another hour and the appt was booked for too short of a time slot than he needed). Today I called to double check an appointment made a few weeks ago and this time we weren't even on the books! I took a day off of work and everything. I stopped in to buy two iPods and one iPad. Couldn't get waited on as the sales people were either huddled in groups around the computers laughing and the few that were working would just walk buy me. I have actually been a long time customer of Best Buy but I'm pretty much done now. Guess I didn't fit your mold of a potential sale. Waste of my time stopping here and no it wasn't busy. I'm writing this in your parking lot!!! Basic business says everyone is a sale.
