Went in yesterday to get my new Samsung galaxy s8+ screen protector replaced because the one they put on last week popped off.....twice. They only has 1 guy working in mobile and he was with another customer. I don't mind waiting my turn but he didn't even acknowledge me. After 1 hour and 15 minutes another guy " came on duty". When he went to replace the protector he said these screen protectors are crap and it's going to happen again because the design of the phone is crap. Very very unprofessional. The employees are really friendly and nice! They helped me find what I was looking for and the cashiers were friendly and smiley! Even the charger I got from there is exactly how an employee explained it. 5 stars definitely
