The store does not believe in customer service. I was completely and utterly stunned by the lack of respect given to me, by not only the customer service associates but especially the manager. I was alway taught that the customer is alway right and as a employee you should help get to the happy outcome no matter what, this store is exactly why people prefer Amazon. I will never shop at a Best Buy store again and will tell everyone I know to stay out as well.

Omg just had my 2nd great experience at this Best Buy! First it was Paris, he have me Stellar Advice/Suggestions on all my thoughts for my new home. Dale was awesome, he helped me with Windows 10 and iTunes issue. They both were amazing and made me feel comfortable and they had me laughing. Both amazing people keep them at Best Buy, I'm sure other customers will have a great experience.
I can't say enough how helpful and kind the staff at this Best Buy store is. Excellent customer service and the Geek Squad here is top notch.
