RecommendedTwice this week I have purchased cell phones on the website to pick up at the store. Both times I was notified within the 1 hour time frame that my order was ready. curb side pick up was amazing. I pulled into a spot, clicked the link in my notification, typed in my parking spot # and an associate brought out my items. super fast, super easy. Totally contactless and smooth!
Paid for 3 smart TV's in stock, scheduled a delivery and wall install from 7am-1pm. 2 TV's came up missing at the store. And they wanted me to substitute (2) TV's that I never laid eyes on. Went to the store and got a refund....I don't deal with shady people/Salesman🤔
The customer service skills in this store are absolutely horrendous. The young lady at the in-store pick up desk, Janette was extremely unprofessional. When picking up the item that I purchased online for in-store pick up, I made the comment regarding it’s size. In a very condescending tone she replied “well it is an air fryer, it’s going to be big!” Extremely disappointing experience. Her attitude during our entire exchange made it seem as if she hated her job.
I went in last night with all intentions of buying a Microsoft Surface Laptop. I had read the reviews and compared it to the MacBook Pro. I ended up leaving happily with a MacBook Pro. Malorie spent over an hour teaching me how to use it before I bought it and answered any questions I had. She really didn't have to do that. She asked what I was going to be using it for (school) and taught me how to use those applications. The bathrooms are a Top 5 for worst bathrooms in Jacksonville. That’s saying something.
NEVER ORDER FOR PICK UP AND CHANGE UR MIND THEY WILL STILL CHARGE AND NOT GIVE YOU REFUND! They will hang up on you and be super rude over the phone! I even got my bank on the phone with the Best Buy rep on the phone and when they heard I did not get my refund they hung up on me instead of helping. I do not recommend them ever !

Finally, it's a okay! I bought a Maytag washer with a pedestal (for a total of over $1300.00 with a 5 year extended warranty) from Best Buy in Jacksonville, NC., Thursday, March 29th. I asked for it to be delivered as soon as possible. (Lowes couldn't estimate a delivery as they were backlogged and Home Depot didn't even know when one might be available for me to buy.)
