It's bad business to label the shelf with one price, then have the item ring up a different price. It's worse business to tell the customer that, essentially, it's not your problem.
The last time I walked in there I needed a printer and a monitor. I told the guy at the door I needed to recycle a monitor. He said sure, that will be $25.00. I turned around and walked over to Staples and did my business. Mind you I've bought TVs and computers at that store as well as camera and GPS equipment. Thanx for nothing.
.worst customer service I have ever known. Will not spend another Nickel in Best Buy & will spread the word to all I know in town!!!!
