You can’t call the store directly. You can’t get real help on the phone or you are on hold forever. Then you get transferred, so you go to the website and do a live chat. They basically tell you to find something comparable to what you really wanted. So I finally went to the store and I was treated well by a sales person, but I still can’t buy what we want. Why am I chasing you to give you my money???
I bought my daughter a 58” tv on Black Friday and it has a year warranty. Well it lasted for 6 months and the manager today told her she shouldn’t buy tv’s on Black Friday because they are junk and you get what you pay for. She will only give her the price of the tv at the Black Friday price and not even exchange for something comparable. She told her to be grateful she got a free tv for 6 months. Horrible service. I'm in Best Buy searching the aisle for someone anyone.5 people standing talking not one even acknowledge or even left their little chat group best service my rear. Left with mypockets full and went on to the next place.
Dont ever buy anything from this store I purchased a Samsung note 9 from here. Had antenna issues less then 30 days after buying. With in stores warranty. They did nothing. Gave me new sim card. Didn't fix the problem. On 5th time guy gives me Samsung number. Contact samsung. Samsung admitts that there is antenna problem and told me to take my phone back to this location to get fixed or a new phone. And the store says we can't do anything for you. Pretty bad customer service on both ends. I will never buy anything from best ... read more
multiple trips to the store to pick up online order. last trip to pick up remaining parts only to be told they did not arrive yet. they had 7 in stock but would not let me have any of those because we ordered through the website not bought directly from this location. so basically they had the parts I ordered and paid for but I can't have them because I didn't pay them directly.
Obviously the sales people know nothing about appliances.
