I am in the middle of a very frustrating experience with Best Buy. On Wednesday, I spent over 2K on a new washer and dryer. The very nice store salesman sold me what he assured me was the appropriate stacking kit. Today, installation day, the very nice and apologetic installation guys were over 90 minutes late past the end of the 4 hour delivery window (so I waited for 5 1/2 hours before they even showed up). Very prompt and professional service provided by both store associates I worked with.Merchandise retrieval time from the stockroom was quick and the checkout process went smoothly. Although the Rockville, MD and Wheaton, MD stores are a bit closer to my home I prefer shopping at the Tenlytown Best Buy store and consistently have a good shopping experience.
Awful service. No one to answer questions. The person that one lady raved about must have been off the day I was there.

If you don't want us to but on Amazon, provide floor service in the store. Your webpage seemed to indicate that the Tenleytown DC store had the Google WiFi router router set. I wanted to ask a question about it. I didn't see it on display. I asked a sales associate about it. He said, I'll get someone for you. Ten minutes later I approached someone else with my question.
