This place is trash I've been waiting for someone to answer the phone for 40 minutes I live in San Diego where there's an abundance of employees in every place of business this is ridiculous
Went to exchange a google mini for the amazon echo. Same price, should be an even exchange, Right? NOPE not here they want you to pay tax on the purchase again because you got it as a gift and don't have a receipt. I've NEVER heard that anywhere!

Shout out to Sharon at the Liberty, MO Best Buy location. This associate went above and beyond to offer amazing customer service. It's refreshing to see someone go the extra mile to make your experience a great one! I've shopped at this store many, many times, but Sharon's interaction definitely stood out from the rest.
this store is horriable the employees scame you in to buying computer plans you dont need then when you go to return it its been 30 days and you cant return after that
