Henry is a great sales associate and made my purchase quick and easy
This place should be called Worst Buy. It has been a nightmare to order my washer/dryer from this place. It's been nearly a month, and I still haven't gotten my washer and dryer installed. I keep getting routed to phone centers all over the world, and in the meantime, I'm washing my delicates in my bathtub!! My washer/dryer has been in my foyer for three weeks, and there is no time given to me for when the products will actually be installed. No one would help us. All associates were busy playing on their cellphones and/or visiting with each other. No help anywhere from anyone. No acknowledgement we were even in the store. We were ready to spend serious money in the thousands. Had to go elsewhere to buy.
I have emailed twice from Ireland and it’s been ignored and the ringing is an absolute waste of time as they are not taking calls, all I want is an answer to my email and question
10 people waiting 1 sales person plus they don't have stock on laptops they are always sold out, I had that before with an Epson printer that I got in 4 days from smazon
I just went there to try and find something for my daughter and I was having trouble so I went up to a GROUP of employees and one of them didn’t even acknowledge me after i politely said excuse me can you please help me than when another employee finally decided to ask me what I need I asked if what I had was the right item and he said no and that was it. not one single person offered to assist me or somewhat point me in the right direction..I will never step foot in this place again
Not sure where to go, I walked in with a myriad of family computer related issues. Met a gentleman named Brenden, then Jen, who not only had answers, but did something unfounded in today’s onerous environment: they treated me like a real person, and not like a customer but like a neighbor! GO GEEK SQUAD! For over month, they have squared us away with repairs and sage HONEST counsel. It is a proud moment that I share the human kindness I received from these fine people. ON a 1-10 scale, I give them a 10.
I needed a new phone because my phone won't work correctly and its a mess... All of my apps are half capable and posting seemed to be impossible on social media Maybe T-Mobile should look into that... I was helped by the most intelligent and understanding being named Lynn. Lynn deserves a raise and this store would not be the same without him. I wouldn't return if you fire him... Thank you so much for your time and patience. Chisa Isabella Woodward
