Very poor customer service. They do not care about your time. They never answer their phone. Been on hold for 45 minutes with over 3 different phone calls.Their customer service also stinks, you have to wait in line for ever. The sign above that says "customer service" should say "lack of" preceding it.
Phone Service I have just made my 6th phone call of the day, hitting extension #3 for sales help. Nothing! Not even an answer period! What terrible service. I am trying to buy something and no one answers the phone all day. This is a direct reflection on the management. I will buy elsewhere where I can get customer service.

They lied and laughed I went to the Best Buy store in Surprise Arizona and spoke with Jamahal in the camera department. I explained to him that I was going to be buying 2 Canon XTI cameras. One for myself in February for my birthday and one for my wife in May for her birthday. We want to take a photography class together and this would also enable us to share lenses and other accessories. Best Buy Surprise The Best Buy store in Surprise Is a very good place to shop for your electronic needs. The staff is honest & Knowledgable. I went in looking for a small stick of ram memory the other day.They told me that they only had larger sticks. He could have pushed the sale to me on the larger stick, but he didn't & told me where I could find the smaller stick. Thank You, Best Buy, Surprise
