If I could give 0 stars to Best Buy I would, I purchased a Samsung washer and a dryer on 2/14/18, they have delayed delivery on both since then, they have delivered my washer a Month an a half later but not the dryer, allegedly back ordered, ITS BEEN ALMOST 2 MONTHS! I may understand that it’s back ordered BUT communication with them is none, they just keep rescheduling when ever it pleases them not even call to make sure I can work around their schedule... I don’t think they deserve even one star and this is for the Geek Squad and customer service department. I was there for two hours to have my computer looked at and to be turned away because geek squad doesn’t fix apples. I don’t understand why they don’t fix they when Best Buy sells them. Customer service should’ve asked what type of computer I had that I was bring in to have fix. Not just what the problem was. They should always have a sign saying they don’t work on Apple computers. I wasted my time to only get a sorry.

The customer service at this location is outstanding! They always greet you, there is always an associate available to assist and the General Manager, Christian, has excellent service and it also shows through his associates positive attitudes. This guy leads by example �
