Better handling of deliveries.
Geek squads customer counter needs a lesson in manners and respect. Very unprofessional. I went to an empty counter to set my stuff down briefly and he became unglued. How was I to know that the lady sitting down was in front of me when I had been standing in the line for 20 minutes by that point. How was I to know it wasn’t okay to adjust my monitor or tower? I haven't shopped at Best Buy in a long time. So I decided to give them another chance. Big mistake. I bought new Dell computer and the salemans Jeff was good in selling but also lied to me. I went to the store today to pickup and have the programs installed and low and behold..... Everything the salemans told me were lies. A couple of years ago we discovered that it was less expensive (and a MUCH less painful ordeal) to purchase our Verizon phones through Best Buy. For our Samsung phones, we purchased The Geek Squad protection plan which is better coverage for less price than the Asurion insurance you get through Verizon. We had the good fortune two years ago (and again today) to have Derek help us with trading in an old phone & purchasing a new one. Went to buy a product, they don’t have at this store apparently and refuse to get it shipped here from another store and to shop it to my home they want shipping charges and have no problem asking me to go buy it at staples instead....
Horrible customer service.
So disappointed. The rudeness of the Geek Squad Counter staff made me embarrassed to have sent a friend to my old store for help.
They are great! We buy all of our major electronic purchases from them. They are super helpful and willing to go the extra mile! Thanks! �
