Two weekends in a row didnt have the product. How do you run a special on phones then you dont have the product for 2 weeks straight. Used to be a good store..gone downhill
I have to say I have been in Best Buy 3 Times all 3 times, it has been a huge disappointment. Today we went to buy dash cams, I went to the front ask for someone to assist, the guy said yes he would send someone. We waited over 30 mins no one ever showed up. Some guy walked by in a blue shirt I grabbed him. Complete waste of time. They have the dash cams on display for you to look at. But there not functioning. So you can’t turn them on or operate them. Not my first bad experience...why do I even bother. The only person willing to help was the poor young man in yellow shirt at the door, but he couldn't leave that spot. I walked around for about 20 minutes, while one employee kept asking his female co workers how they're doing, laughing and cracking jokes, saying things like: that's what they pay me for, that's what I think they pay me for....and not once did he ask if I needed help. I went to buy a sound bar Visio sound bar and there web sight said they price match all competitors well you can forget that they would not price match sams price Best Buy price $249 Sams price same sound bar $199 the two stores are less than a quarter mile apart I will not buy Best Buy any more �
Some people are to slow! But they all were nice to me and helpful.
Elite Plus member status since 2014. Very disappointed with delivery and customer service. They arrived to the wrong house, and refused to correct the problem in the same day.
Great experience last night, employee was very helpful in my purchase from beginning to end! Pretty quick & to the point!
