We were very impressed with the service and helpfulness. The store was bright and clean.
Absolutely unprofessional, we went in today and all the associates acted like if there were too busy hanging out at the front end of the store. The MOD (manager on duty) acted too busy to even answer a question. I attempted a few times with an item on my hands to ask a simple question and he was avoiding even eye contact. horrible . we purchased a 82 inch Samsung television on the 12th of December. still waiting for it to be delivered it is the 28th of December. this is alot of money we spent and a disgrace for customer service. worse experience I ever had purchasing something. I bought a item yesterday from this Best Buy the item did not work so I returned it for a full refund. I had paid with my credit card so I was told that the refund would be applied back to my credit card account. I returned the item at 10am it’s now 3pm and I still don’t have my refund. I called the store and they told me it takes 3 days to get your refund! This is unacceptable! I will never buy another item from Best Buy. Hello Amazon!
Went to buy my Mom a new TV Friday and we were greeted/helped right after we walked into the store. Very helpful! Unfortunately, Mom decided she wanted a bigger TV once we got home! But after we took it back, everyone we had contact with was so nice. Older fellow helped us find a bigger TV and brought it to customer service for us. Whitley took care of us there and she was top notch. I wish the other Best Buy locations had folks like these!
