Looking at the other reviews we now see it's totally true. Kids being kids didn't tell us at the time. My nephews were there at Black Friday and waited 2 hours. They said another line formed because of space. The first line was totally ignored and tickets for a TV promotion given to the other line. You can't do that to kids whom want to buy their mother a gift 💔 or anyone. Bad, bad advertising. Looks like zero has been done for those whom waited for 3 hours and complained.
We picked a fone.. very accommodating.. store clean and personnel very courteous

Went in to the Best Buy at the University Drive location to get a laptop for school and games (mostly for school >.>) and ended up getting a $700 Acer. While I was happy with it, I had asked the Electronics tech who was helping me if the laptop would play the game that I had IN MY HAND. After saying that it would, I bought the laptop only to find a few short hours later that my laptop didn't come with a CD drive.
