I've waited an HOUR on hold on your 800 number to try in vain to reach a representative. I've tried your chat window - nothing. My laptop was supposed to be repaired by your service department, but was returned to the Burlington NC store still in operable. I need to know what to do or where to send it so it gets repaired or replaced (I DO have service contracts). Apparently it's ok to order and pick up a tv at Best Buy, but if you need Geek Squad to fix their screw up, they ignore you.
would be nice if ANYONE answered their phone there on any option or even had a customer service option. everything else is pretty good here!
Caleb Crowell is very rude and refused me to talk to the store manager. My stove has never worked and he laughed at me and insulted me because I am a 60 years old of which I am not a stupid old lady!!! He insisted on calling me Ma’am when I asked him to call me Sherry. I can not get to talk to the store manager. I do not ever want to deal with Caleb’s rude self again. I have notified Kitchen aid about my experience. Sherry Clark Liberty, NC
Poor customer service onsite. A robotic person who answers phone and can only help you if you have the SKU #. Get off your lazy butts and be customer service.
Horrible customer service in the mobile phone department. I have purchased many phones here but NEVER again! Rude, arrogant and do not know the meaning of customer service!
