For phones and appliances , yes, go to best buy. Maybe reconsider Geek Squad if the repair is important and you need it performed in a timely manner. On Tuesday, 10/8/2019 we dropped off the Macbook hard drive for data recovery. Went in to buy tv, store was not busy. no staff in tv area. waited, waited, could get no help because at least five kids were hanging out on the opposite side of the store chit chatting. Said something as we exited the store and he really could have cared less. How brazen for my previous review to get hidden/deleted too. Would not recommend - and we chose to spend money in a brick and mortar store instead of online...and look what that got us. Target gladly took our money.
