Will never shop at Best Buy again !!!!!! I have attempted to call this store over 10 times over the last few days and the phone has not been answered once. Not once. I keep getting transferred to the call centre and then told that the issue I have can only be resolved by the store. I cannot get through to the store. Truely disgraceful !!
