Extremely rude and high prices . Will never be back .
I went to buy a laptop. I specifically asked about included accessories (ink pen) because it wasn't clear. The sales rep said it's in the box. It wasn't. I went back and they said "sorry, it was in last year's model". Neither the sales person, nor the team manager had anything to offer except "sorry, but there's nothing we can do for you". 2k damage to my home from a delivery and no one returns calls to discuss claim...going on for 2 months.
I have been a pleased customer of Best Buy. Thus I went to inquire about a prepaid phone at the Watertown MA store. I waited for about 10 minutes for a service person to be available. The first one was Jordan. When I asked about a Jitterbug, he pointed 20 feet away to another section. I asked a couple of new-user questions; he responded 'it's simple.' He did not make one gracious move to help. With someone like that, how do you expect to compete with Amazon.
I purchased a washer and dryer from this store. The installation staff completely messed up and we had a water damage to our new construction. What surprised and shocked me was how they handled the situation. We were told that someone would come and fix it and then no one came. We called many numbers (obviously no one is in charge and everyone gave me all different contact information) but failed to have any one come and fix it. While the first three geek squad guys tried their best to help, VERY HIGH praise and a HUGE Thank You goes to Jonathan (Team Lead?) at the Watertown, MA BestBuy. After over 45 minutes of the first three guys trying to sort things out, Jonathan came over and made short work of what was heading toward being a potentially costly ($200!!), swap of a month old, Galaxy S8+ with a defective screen for a new one.
