by treating people with more respect. Terrible customer service, tried to return an item that we could not make work with our cable carrier, we were 4 days past their 15 day return policy and were told we were out of luck, we just wasted $400. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

Was told by one of their representatives that he does not do business with slaves or old people. I contacted their Salesmanager explaining my situation an was told.....Sorry, he will not post again. Then they block me from their Whatsapps. This is going to go so much furhter

I had a great experience with Best Buy! The manager Ryan at Geek squad was so wonderful! I had my three little girls with me and was there for a long time while getting my phone issue resolved. He went over and above his job description to make it more bearable. Thanks Ryan. Problem was solved and look forward to using geek squad in the future!
Thanks to their under-staffed sales force, I was able to search for a better deal elsewhere while I was waiting.
They have abysmal customer service. Stay as far away from this Best buy as possible.
