Bought a smart TV on the advice of their sales person. Did not work and they refused to return. Very poor service no knowledge electronics!! Stay away!!!

Bought 1100$ tv last year in May, 2019... to have the ‘main power supply’ go bad in less than a years use... considering I worked 6-7 days a week all year last year m... Geek Squad took over 60 days to attempt to show up and fix my TV, first time the dude never showed in the time frame schedule... Will never purchase another item. If you don’t like it, you have to wait 7-10 days for a refund when you pay by card. You take the money immediately but when you receive your merchandise back you hold the money....banks have certain procedures, but you’re crook. 👎
What a waste of square footage there should be so much more inventory in this building!

Terrible customer service. I ordered items on Thanksgiving for same day pick up at the Greensburg Best Buy. The order was ready on Friday. When I got to the store I was told I had to wait in the regular check out line which was a 45 minute to one hour wait. The whole point of dojng in store pick up is to save time and avoid the long lines. I asked 3 employees and 2 supervisors and no one would help. My items were already paid for. I canceled my orders and went to Target.
first of all their customer service sucks they don't answer the phones and then I go in to trade a phone to buy a better phone and they told me they can't take my phone even though I bought that phone there and I did the same exact process to get the set phone that I already have
