Made me mad! My boyfriend and I were looking for a portable dishwasher (which not many places carry anymore). To our surprise, we found one at this best buy after searching all day. After waiting almost 20 minutes for someone to take care of us, we finally got an employee's attention. We told the employee we were interested in the model. Took a computer to them and the problem never got fixed.One was out of my hands from a dvd recorder. Windows Vista OS had bugs that they could`t fix. I`m glad I could figure out the problems with it.Good luck if you get one there they will work on it and never refund you cause they say they can do it.

Painless Best Buy was well worth the trip when my computer was having troubles. They diagnosed the problem quickly and offered suggestions on repairs. The price was reasonable. Parking here is easy and the staff was very helpful.
