Unfortunately I did not get the names of both cashiers that helped me today but I wanted to say how awesome they both were! I really didn't want to be out and about but we decided last minute it was time to by a camcorder. Not only were they both extremely friendly they prove matched a better deal for me! Thank you to you both for making this tired pregnant woman's life a little easier!
My family needed to purchase a new laptop and replace a tablet under warranty. Blake worked in customer service and answered my questions. However, the employee working in the geek squad was unprofessional and rude. He was arrogant and insensitive.
Fantastic staff! Everyone is friendly and engaging. I make the majority of my major purchases at this best buy! Couldn't find a better store!
