Geek squad customer service front desk attendant with pink hair is not customer friendly. She should not be there. I observed her for couple of minutes and she’s just selecting customer she likes.
The Geek Squad in this Location is the best!! I had several issues with my computer and these Neil and Chad were amazing!! All that was wrong - I left as a satisfied customer!! Thanks guys!!!
Amo Best Bay porque es mi segundo hogar, en donde soy respetada, valorada y amada, solo me falta llevar mi cama y vivir ahí. Las personas que ahí trabajan son muy sociables, atentos y cordiales. Well...if this issue could not get worse...it did. Pacific went ahead and cancelled my microwave purchase. This after waiting through three rescheduled delivery dates. I found out only after I called. Reason provide...orders that are on backlog too long are automatically cancelled!!! A little known policy that should have been told to me much sooner than after being cancelled. Then attempted to verify the refund was issued to my Best Buy credit card. This store is horrible and not to mention they DO NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY POLICY !!
Needed assistance with the printers. Apparently they only have 1 person for the whole computer department. Meanwhile there are at least half a dozen employees in wireless just standing around doing nothing. We're told that the employees are trained for every department but are not allowed to leave their department to help customers. Even if there are none in theirs. That is completely ridiculous and horrible customer service. Something needs to be done about that.
