Love this place, staff is friendly and there's been everything I've ever needed electronic wise. Returns are easy and overall affection cool place to just look around.

Bought a Refrigerator at Best Buy after looking around for a while. Annette was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and helped us through the process definitely recommend you go and see her.
Terrible customer service at the checkout counter. Do NOT sign up for a Best Buy card. The people at this store will trick you into applying for an actual credit card by making you think it’s just an in-store rewards card like they have at Job Lot. I should’ve figured this out when their machine asked me to put in my yearly income. Since I’m a student, they instructed me to put down $1 as my yearly income.
