Best Buy took $1200 from my bank account. They stated i bought a laptop. I never bought a laptop. They had my bank information because I purchased a 100" tv a month earlier. They then without permission did steal $1200 from my bank account. Best Buy then hid information that proves i never purchased a laptop. Do not buy from Best Buy. They will steal from you. >
Stopped by to take a look at graphics cards, I was greeted by Mike who offered to give me a hand. Mike said he was new to the location but was very knowledgeable on computer components and was able to convince me to get over my fear of building the whole computer from the ground up again. There wasn’t a single concern of mine he wasn’t able to swiftly and professionally address. Super helpful staff ! Traded in my iPad for a great price ! They got amiibo and Nintendo stuff too which I always love. Is where I got my switch 2 ! And Mario Tennis Fever.
I’ve never had a bad experience - standard big box store, but they have plenty of stuff to look at and not a bad selection of audiovisual equipment. They did have grills there for a while, but it appears they have been removed. Really can’t say anything bad about the place for what it is it works well.
