The sales clerks were very knowledgeable and helpful the prices were just right
Joel in the television department is awesome. He went through all the options we were interested in , showed us several brands giving us true facts about each brand and feature. He goes above and beyond for his customers and because of him and his wonderful customer service I am now interested in purchasing again with best buy. For anyone going to look at televisions ask for this young man to help you, you won't be disappointed.
Wilson and a couple other guys, ( I can't remember names) we're really helpful and helping me find what I was looking for answering dozens of questions.That I had. They were very patient with me, while texted my son and answered all his questions as well.
