Rude Sales Associate When I politely asked Sebastian for a manager he rudely scoffed like it was an inconvenience to him. The reason I wanted a manager was because I was denied a student discount that I was told is possible over the phone, which is highly misleading and confusing. Went in today to buy a GoPro camera. Asked someone to unlock the case they said they don’t have a key but would get someone to help. 30 minutes passed and I asked another employee to open the case.. also had no key. How do so many people work there and cannot even help? Absolutely ridiculous I had to wait 35 minutes and still no one came To assist me! Left the store after waiting so long. Couldn’t make the purchase because no one has keys! Doesn’t make sense to have so many employees that can’t even help
Came in with my husband a few times to get our phones upgraded as well as add a new line. *****DILLON*** Was our customer service rep and he was absolutely amazing! He is very knowledgeable and was able to explain the details of every question we had in depth and gave us the comfort of making decisions in confidence with the information he provided. GO SEE DILLON!!!
