Yesterday what started out to be negative at Best Buy in Bridgewater, NJ ended with my family leaving very satisfied because of the service rendered by a few of their Team Members - Jaba, Jeff & Matt. Each of them contributed well but Jaba was the ultimate champ here. He showed great professionalism and ensure that we received the best service. Thank you Team Bridgewater, New Jersey led by Jaba.
The return policy is antiquated. The customer service is not helpful. A shrug of the shoulders and a referral to corporate customer service, which is a complete waste of time.
Matthew from Mobile was of great help to me yesterday! I came in looking for a price match on a Boost Mobile phone, that even their direct sellers would not price match. He was very patient and understanding. After about 20 mins I got the phone for the exact same price as the official website. Thank you Matthew! Employee of the month!
Customer service is BULLSHIT. No one is helping me. I complained about being charged for something extra (ridiculous) and asked for my money back. They said my concern would be documented and there is no guarantee that I will be contacted about my complaint. WTF. Shopping on amazon from now on.
Poor DVD choice. I did go back yesterday as I thought I was going to get The Addams Family complete series for $19. It was $52. Not sure if it was a sale item last week. Didn't buy it. I only buy DVDs at Best Buy. I did buy a High Def TV and DVD player in 2009 (from the East Brunswick, NJ store) Both still work well.
Supposed to have a dishwasher delivered today between 11 and 3pm.no delivery was made ,called 4 times to find out what happened.�
Axel-thanks for your post. I am currently facing a situation with an appliance in that it just wasn't delivered with no explanation and no call. If this isn't resolved today, I'm not only canceling my order but will be taking to social media in a variety of ways. Customer service here is unacceptable.
