Absolutely terrible customer service. Went into the store to try and find a replacement charging case for my cousin's airpods. After twenty minutes of being ignored or given the run around, a nice young man (who seemed to be the only person in the store capable of multitasking) offered to help me while simultaneously helping another customer who was looking for software. i will never buy another item that needs servicing. i bought a fridge and payed for a water line install. i made 2 appointments and had no-show for both. im still waiting! and to boot i cant get a person on the phone to complain to. w.tsakonas
I came to the store to speak to the Samsung rep. It's almost 130pm and the person was due in at 1. The RUDE best buy employee shrugged and said sorry. I asked if this was acceptable behavior to be late or not show and he said yes. Screw your location. This is NOT ACCEPTABLE PROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR.

Worst customer service from Marquise (TV Rep). He has no integrity and will lie to your face in order to make a sale. Do not deal with Best Buy of Bridgewater.
I placed an order online (mistake) to do an instore pick up and they have failed on nearly every level: 1) I got an email saying that it is in the store, but I can't pick it up until I get an email. 2). I called the store to not speak with a soul there 3). I called an 888 number where 90% of the call was about getting my phone number should we be disconnected....I got disconnected 15 minutes ago and no one has called 4)...I still have no clue if I can get my product today. Awful. ONE person to help and he was waiting on one person for 22 minutes and then instead of sending the man to checkout, HE checked him out. VERY little selection AND boxes were opened. I’ll go to Amazon. This isn’t the first time - it IS the last time.
