A tip for management at this Best Buy store: If you have limited supply of a product you are holding a Midnight release for, and you only have enough supply for people who have pre-ordered the product and people who have tickets for the product that you distributed to people in line INFORM PEOPLE OF THAT WHEN YOU START TO SELL THE PRODUCT. That way if there are people in line who don't have a pre-order for the product or don't have a ticket for the product they can get out of line for that product. Worst experience. No one offered to help. Waited at customer service counter for 12 minutes before someone even acknowledged I was standing there.
I'm glad you asked. That's why I Salt Lake City had terrible customer service to the point where it distracted me from getting the product that originally intend on getting. I wanted to buy a tablet for my daughter but I was so frustrated I ended up getting a Kindle Fire which is not kid friendly. I'm actually on my way right now to take it back and get something more kid friendly. Terrible customer service at the Salt Lake City Best Buy on 2100 South.
I tried calling Best Buy during working hours twice once the phone rang for 15 minutes no answer and then I called back and just let it ring to see how long it would take 45 minutes I guess they don't like her telephone customer
