Worst experience ever! The manager was even involved Sean Gray he was the most hateful and disrespectful unprofessional employee ever! And I got most of it on video!Sumner the tech in the geek squad was just us and disrespectful as the manager was!I hope that a manager or CEO calls me back with all my evidence and really wants to fix their company because it sounds like to me I’m not the first negative review in the last few months involving the manager!
Worst experience ever in a retail store. Very rude people starting with the manager. Now I know why the retail is dying. I wouldn’t buy a thing ever in that store.

Why is it so hard to get someone to answer the phone! I call numerous of times and I still can’t get someone to pick up the phone! It’s 10am I’m sure they don’t have a lot of callers. It’s frustrating, I feel like even if I leave a review it still won’t resolve the problem that I’m having! Please leave an option that I can talk to a an associate directly instead of going through the numbers of options by pressing 1,2,3. It’s annoying and I’m not going anywhere.

I was put on hold for over 50 minutes- and decided I didn’t want to wait any more just to spend my money there..🙃
I wanted to recommend Best Buy, but I can't get any help. I've been trying to get an online tech for over an hour. Between 2 online chats and three reps, I'm again on hold and have been hung up on twice even before I can explain the problem.
