I walked through your store for 10 minutes and only one employee spoke to me. The problem was the only thing he said was, “excuse me”, when he walked in front of me, not once but twice. You should take some customer service lessons from Carbondale, which has wonderful customer service.
I went to Best Buy in Cape yesterday to drop off my laptop for service. When I got there, I was asked if I had an appointment. I did not because I was unaware that an appointment was now required. I was able to set up an appointment for 30 minutes later. There were several people that were also unaware that an appointment is required. It would be nice if you would put a notice on the entrance door about this requirement. Just spoke with a very helpful associate! I had miss placed a receipt for an item that was still under warranty. It was purchased as a surprise for my husband so I hadn't put our rewards info in. She was able to pull up the information using my debit card info which saved the day! Thanks so much!!
Best Buy... where you can't find anyone to help you and when you go find an associate to help you they're rude and playing on their phones...
