Bought TV and they wouldn’t service it. Was willing to pay for parts and cost of estimate and no. It was out of warranty but they say service their product with geek squad but it just a joke squad.
I missed an appt so tried to reschedule. I had to diao 4 times to get a connection and then I waited 10 minutes and no one ever answered. Guess I need to find another store to shop at.
Had a screen protector put on my IPhone X . Left store heading home (2 hour drive). Realize my screen will not slide up or allow me to push apps then the screen starts going out on the left side. Take phone back next day (another 2 hour drive). Just to be told by the manager on shift they can do nothing but refund my screen protector. My screen is messed up and they blame me. Couldn’t possibly be them. Worst customer service ever. To be a electronic store they sure messed mine up and then blame the customer.
Will not stand behind warranty. Cape Girardeau Missouri Store is the worst.
Drove an hour to DROP off a computer. They told me I had to have an appointment. Funny thing is, just 2 weeks ago I DROPPED off my laptop without an appointment. Your geek squad customer service SUCKS. Won’t be spending another penny at your store.
Worst service ever. Impossible to reach anyone by phone and an apathetic in-store experience.
Like All Best Buys, This Best Buy is going downhill because They are doing way with music buying because They are morons for not going against downloading, streaming, & Online stores.
Will not return again. Was needing help yesterday while looking at a product. Not only was there limited choices but simply no customer service. My husband and I were there 30 minutes tried to get help but sadly no employees would stop and take the time. We approached one and he simply brushed us off to joke with a co worker. Very disappointed�
