Disappointed in the customer service for this store. Purchased the product and weeks later still waiting without a date to receive my purchase. I would have gone somewhere else if I knew this was how I was going to be treated. A call to your customer service was useless and I know better next time.
I am so grateful to Wally who works out in the service department and was working on my viper 50706V the brain went bad he was so patient and helpful and is guiding me to get another one it's under warranty so I'll be fine but I really appreciate his patients and tenacity in getting this done. When I get the part back in all I have to do is take it back to him and it'll be covered by warranty thank you Best Buy and Wally
Great customer service! Glad I went there instead of any other store for our new TV! They had plenty of merchandise in stock and plenty of employees ready to help1 Best of all, with all of the 100's of customers, they managed to keep their pleasant smiles! That is one of the things that puts you in the holiday spirit!
Awesome I love the people here and the electronics they sell are awesome. The discounts, warranties are also amazing. Nothing more you can ask for.
