Disappointed in the customer service. Ordered an item to be picked up in store, item is not in stock even though site said it was. Over 20mins on the phone trying to find a solution which is probably getting my money back.... still waiting. Unacceptable!
Purchased an item on Monday 7/6/20. Items were supposed to arrive on 7/7/20 between 12 pm and 8 pm. Delivery person never contacted me. I missed work waiting for the delivery. It is Thursday, 7/9/20 and my purchase has not arrived yet. Called the 1800 number , no assistance has been given. A Best Buy manager was supposed to call me on 7/8/20 at 3 pm. Did not receive call. Their delivery and installation don't do the job right or not even at all. Use someone who cares.
My wife spent 1.5 hours today trying to speak to someone at the Geek Squad. They hung up on her multiple times. All this because she was trying to find her external hard drive that had been used to backup the laptop. Customer service is nonexistent here.
Having shopped and spent a lot of money at Best Buy over the years this one by far has the worst customer service that I wouldn’t expect at Best Buy. Normally greeted in every section this one has associates on their cell phones too busy to help customers and others with attitudes they offset the ones that are actually giving the customer service I’ve been accustomed to over Best Buy over the years. Definitely will never recommended or walk into this one again.
