Website said they had what I needed in store. I placed an online order for curbside pickup. Never got notice that they didn’t actually have what I needed. Tried to call, waited for FIFTY MINUTES for someone to answer my call and still never got an answer. Pretty negative experience all around.
I called to get two appointments with Geek Squad, horrible experience. I need the first for a home appointment and the second for car auto.
Black Friday 2018, bought an Xbox and game online, said it could be ready in "as little as 45 minutes", waited 3.5 hours before going to the store to ask when it would be ready. All they would say is "we are really backed up, I can't give you a time frame". Cancelled the order online, walked over to Target and bought the same exact items in a matter of minutes... don't waste your time, the associated were unhelpful and rude.
I am a Soldier in the Army. I have been shopping for years at Best Buy. This was my go-to place for appliances, T.V.s, video game consoles, etc. Today I went to purchase a PS4 at the Riverdale, UT location. I was rudely informed that Best Buy does not offer military discounts anymore. I was humiliated in front of others that were standing in line waiting to make their purchases. Best Buy has lost a customer and I will continue to tell others of my humiliating experience and recommend they take their business elsewhere.
Frustrating and disappointing. Felt like the Walmart of electronics stores. Employees just point to where things are instead of walking you to them. Lots of items empty on shelves but were in stock in the back. Spent 10 minutes looking at a TV I was going to buy for $1100 but after multiple employees walked by me without even seeing if I needed help or had questions, I decided to leave. Would have really liked to feel more welcomed and wish the employees would show a little more interest in the customers with one on one time

This store saved my life today! I came running into their store nearly in tears because I forgot a Music CD for my daughter’s Dance Comp happening down the street. I was directed to the Customer Service counter and the gentleman (I’m so sorry I did not get your name) in the black jacket and gray shirt, jumped into action. He saved me and was able to burn me a new CD amazingly fast! I am incredibly grateful for his patience and kindness to this airhead mother who was having a meltdown � He was a miracle worker!!!
