Worst service ever. A PS4 bought on December 2017 stop working with only 5 month of use. I paid around 400 $ plus 50$ for 2 year warranty. I Went to this store and they replaced for a used PS4. The replacement just worked for 4 days. I requested a brand new ps4, because I bought a new one back in December not an old one. The service that I received was not really good. The worst of the worst!!!!!! We bought a washer and a dryer last week and they failed to confirm the delivery date, WE PASSED HOURS ON THE PHONE to talk with Sakura, Phone # 1-866-650-7110, extention 60167 and she doesn't answer, it have been happening for more than one week, they already charged us with the 2 hoses and they also put in the bill again the charge for the 2 hoses. Went to get the SNES Classic Friday 9/29 since 1 am. The stores won't open til 10am. The email stated that people were goin to get their reserve ticket at 7am. Employess were walking in the building and when 7am hit, noone game us tickets, no updates on what's going, no trying to see if anyone need to use the bathroom. Nothing! We got our tickets 15 mins before 10am. They didn't honor their end of the bargin pretaining to the email and there wasn't any apology for the lack of communication and professionalism.
