Purchased an item online showed it was available for pick up next day it showed they didn't have the item anymore went to the store and found out they actually had the item and there was an issue with their system long story short I was charged for the item they had it in store yet they weren't allowed to give me the item even though it charged my account and was told I need to wait a hour or a day
Recommendedi have to give this ladies and Gentleman the best props ever. i was having a a bad day, then i had to stop to pick my little boom speaker from best buy i had service right away.!! they was very cool people and helpful!! 100% proud of expending my money in there- it was amazing energy i Never felt this way .. from a bad day to a great day blessings-

service sucks. stood in bluetooth speaker area for 15 minutes. store was empty. the ONE person for that area was busy CS counter. get some employees on the floor. waste of time. security was courteous but not helpful. theres always AMAZON. items are cheaper anyway.

worst service ever. i purchased a refrigerator in august 2018 and today October 6 2018 I still have no fridge. i even had a best buy rep come to my house and measure to make sure it would fit and now the delivery team is telling me it does not fit. this is the 4 th delivery attempt. I am an extremlly unsatisfied customer. i already got a bill but no fridge. Anyone else experiencing this?
