Bought a top of the line kenwood stereo for my Jeep. Didn’t think to check the box before leaving the store cause stupid me assumes people know how to do their jobs. But to their defense they got screwed because the item in the box was not the kenwood stereo but someone’s old junk they replaced it with. Brought an item back that was over the 15 day return policy. Guy at the desk opens a corner of the item and acts like i opened it. Store manager gave me store credit.
I purchased a new stereo for my truck and had it installed, the representative I delt with was friendly and efficient, clean professional installation, I am happy but I could have used more training on how to set it up to work with the Bluetooth on my phone.
I order an item online for in store pick up. I go pick the item up. I get home to use the item and find out that the imbecile that was working the counter while playing with their phone forgot the activate the item. Guess what, it doesn't work. So I wasted two hours of my day off thanks to complete ignorance and stupidity. Why offer these services if you don't have employees with half the brains to complete the job? I do commend you for hiring the hopeless but by all means give them a broom.
Your total incompetence is astounding! This is the 2nd time in less than a month that your company has screwed up! First was washer installation issue (your fault) filed BBB complaint. Now, we sit around waiting for a home theater delivery which was scheduled for today between 8-12. There was no phone call 24 hours in advance and 12pm came and went with no word from you.
