Absolute worst customer service ever, 2 weeks in a row. Not sure I would ever want to give them my business again. Obviously this store needs help.
My shopping experience was great. Lines were very quick. But the store was completely pack with supplies & every corridors were blocked. You definitely will get stack if trying to get out in an emergency or fire.
Bought two Galaxy s7 here 3 days ago... first and last time i will ever shop here. Mobile support was great but the retail experience was the worst of my life. Bait and switch. corporate is sending me $500 in giftcards for the store refusing to honor their own promotions ($150 gift card per phone, 32 inch tv, vr headset) by far the best deal in the industry but too bad they wouldnt honor it in store as their ads said.
