Recommendedalthough attempting to reach someone via phone is almost impossible, when I went into the store with an issue the manager Aaron was great! he was polite, accommodating, and resolved my issue.
We have been customers of Best Buy for years and years and have never had a problem (with the Concord store, since that is who we usually deal with). Recently our refrigerator broke down and we needed a new one fast. We found one at the Salem store and bought it on July 23rd. store pick up is a joke. I could literally go pick up the item for myself and pay at the check out faster. total waste of my time.

I purchased a baby monitor here back in January, it stopped working yesterday after just over a month. I went to the store today to return it, but they have a 15 day return policy. I could exchange it or get a credit. I wanted my money back to go get a different monitor, as they had a limited selection in store. I placed an order online for quick pickup. The pick up line was over 30 minutes. I asked an associate if I could just go pick up the same item on the floor as there was no line for regular sales. She said No they won’t guarantee the price. Next time Amazon all the way. Very disappointed. Plenty of associates just wandering the store.
