I do not recommend this store. Emplyees don't secure masks on their face correctly. Wearing loosely fitted mask over mouth only. When I requested an employee put mask on, he refused. Customer service not interested in this concern, told me to have a nice day and walked away. They apparently don't need any customers.

James - a relatively new employee (just got his blue shirt last week) was just wonderful. He has a terrific smile that put me right at ease. He went out of his way to be helpful and very satisfactorily resolved my concern. He'll be moving up the "success ladder" fast. Lots of admirable traits. Best Buy - you've got a winner in James
I have been on hold for more than 30 minutes for The Best Buy GEEK Squad on Southfield and NO ONE has answered the phone at all. This is ridiculous!

I wish the Bust Buy website was accurate and up to date. I searched online in the store and found a local store that had it, went to that location and there were 0 in stock but 1 open box. I had to purchase from that location and drive to another location and pick it up. Kind of inconvenient to do it this way but still received my purchase. I have known people to buy stuff online from the Best Buy website only to find that there was 0 in stock, do not trust the site, you have to go to a physical store.
I bought a tv Sunday, brought it back the next day, they accused me of messing it up with no regards and would not do a exchange, I buy all my electronics from Best Buy, the grandkids sons and daughters, birthdays and holidays, they did not have the decency of looking up my record just to see if they even should consider doing me that way, I AM DONE WITH BEST BUY, the employees there that I dealt with just look at me like I was some black guy trying to get over on them, and that's the black and white employees, I AM SO DONE ... read more
