Not only has my TV that I've not had more than a year just die, I have been waiting to talk to someone for over 45 minutes!!!!! If this is the best they can do I will NOT step foot in their store again!
I just spent a half hour on hold (never talking to a person) only to be transferred over to the Hammond location and they (a person) put me on hold before I can even talk.
