Super friendly! We had several people ask if we needed help or had any questions. For fun we asked about several products. All in all the Lee’s Summit staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of their products.
Convenient. Usually has what I need. I have also used their repair dept.
Our new Samsung washer stopped working after 1day! We let best buy know on Saturday ad they said they would replace it. But not till Tuesday! Since I need it yesterday, that's not the most helpful answer
I've worked at toys r us at Christmas and know how horrific it is to deal with that years "must have" item, so I try to be polite to the workers when I asked about the Nintendo classic. When I showed up 2 hrs before they said the doors open and they would be available, they said they already sold out "early." I was there at 6 am so as usual I was given the run around and I'm left confused about what "early" is. I know there will be no restitution, it's just a corporate cash grab till the 27th.
