I ordered a Xmas gift online and it was ready to pick up before I got there. Parking was up close. In and out in 5 minutes.

I’ve been sitting in the store for over two hours now for a mistake they made in issuing a refund. I can tell you that the assistant manager ALVA is the worst person I’ve had to deal with in the history being a customer here. Jimmy is great, he is trying to work with us and get this figured out after the manager was nothing but rude and had a smirk on his face the whole time we were trying to talk to him. Upsets me that I’ve spent so much money with Magnolia for home theater equipment!
RecommendedI had the best customer service today! Kyle and another young gentleman (I’m sorry, I’ve forgotten his name) helped me pick out an XBox bundle, accessories, games, etc for my 7 year old! They were both great and I even bought a controller for myself. Thanks for making my Christmas shopping a fantastic experience. Merry Christmas!

Missed deadline for a 300 watch return by 4 days with the receipt and still sealed in the box. If I worked a 9-5 Mon-Fri job maybe could've made it. Manager Aaron cared less to return my money (need nothing there right now) and losing 2 families of business then to "over-ride" the return.
