NEVER preordering a game with a digital bonus content from Best Buy again! Preordered battlefield V with bonus weapons for BF1 and early beta access to BF5 and will be waiting for who knows how long to get the code. Just buy it from the Microsoft or PSN store and get it instantly instead of waiting days, weeks, or months like some users on Best Buy’s forums have had to do!
Just spent 10 minutes in the same area not once asked if I needed help. You lost my sale and future purchases .
Went in to buy a dishwasher , we were very impressed with the knowledge and helping price matching the associate gave us.
Always excellent customer service. Except for the guy who made me buy the wrong router by not listening or asking the right questions.
Soooo dont usually go to best buy but was interested in geek sqaud to get my laptop fixed..called me to let me know my hard drive was going bad and I would need to replace it he was able to get my some photos off before it crashed completely.....I could spend 70$ to get my same hardware but je suggested the 85 dollar one explained the benefits I was sold on it.......he also said he could put my pics/memories he was able to save on the new one for 80$.....really....so u want to charge me for my created memories almost the sam... read more
Gone into that store a few time in the last month, have never been helped, asked or anything. The clerks look right at you and just keep on talking to eachother or act like ur not even in front of you. Almost thought I was a ghost because they looked right thru me and help someone else. �
Waited for 45 minutes while your employee was helping another customer, and talking very explicit to her. Then the associate turned to us after he was done and said it was time for him to go home and that another associate would help when that one was done with a customer.
Hey there!! I have been trying to call your store but I can't for the life of me get through. I was in there the other night and I lost my keys somewhere!
