What horrible horrible horrible customer service! Nobody ever answers the phone. Screw up after screw up with delivery of my appliances, can’t get it resolved because nobody answers and I can only go in store so often. Unbelievable. Simply atrocious.
RecommendedOn Friday, May 8, 2020 my on line orderf or a driyer didn't get sent for delivery to Apple Glen because of an error. It did however show me a delivery time of 7:00 am - 1:00 pm. When it didn't arrive I called because it didn't show. Thanks to customer service person, Kylie (spelling) and her contact with Eric Stephenson, Geek Squad Manager, and the delivery team I received my dryer about 4:00 in the afternoon and I was more than happy. Thank you for the best customer service!
They can't even get a simple order for pickup done correctly.
I was not prepared to go back to the store 4 different times to get an iPhone battery replaced. Apparently it’s 2-hour deal.

Bought speakers on dec 23 we grabbed the wrong size tried to exchange them for the right size on January 23 30 days later they said I couldn’t exchange them because it was over 15 days old REALLY!!! Wow

Purchased Dishwasher at Apple Glenn on September 3rd. Still waiting to have it installed. Extremely frustrated and disappointed with Best Buy’s customer service and management in this matter.
