I know some of you are going to laugh but yes we still have AOL after all these years and it decided to stop working today. I have Geek Squad Annual help from Best Buy and they were wonderful fixing all my problems with both of my computers. So glad I found out about their online and in store service plans. Thank You, Best Buy and the Geek Squad.
I chose to stand in line for 2.25 hours, to be one of the first to buy item just being released can't tell you item (Christmas Gift). When the store manager saw the line forming, he came out and told us exactly how many he had, and that when he was ready to open the store, he would come out and give those people a voucher for the item. He was gracious and organized. Of all the stores I could have dealt with, I am so glad I chose Best Buy in Prescott AZ. Thank you for a great experience.
Scheduled an appt on line so minimal wait (I was early) My Geek Valerie was very helpful and explained so I pretty much understood what was going on with my tablet. I am a true techno phobe. Couldn't fix my tablet in store so will be a couple weeks before I get it back from the factory, but thanks to Geek Squad protection there will be no charge.
