I had an accident in Utah and I drowned my Samsung A50. Best Buy in Sandy, Utah, was the only store I could find to buy a new one. They only had the Samsung A 51. I was promised help to activate my phone - which never happened. Than I realized that the phone was unlocked which was not communicated to me. I had problems with Verizon apps and it kept freezing on me. I returned it here in Prescott and I had to pay $45.00 restocking fee! They did not have a specific Verizon phone. RecommendedI bought me my birthday present from best buy
Went in the store and found the DDR4 ram I needed. Could not get any help to get it out of the case. Employees who were with other guests couldn't at least acknowledge me and say they would help after helping them. Even though they walked right by me. Left the store 20 min later empty handed. Bought what I needed on Amazon. I will never go to a Best Buy again .
They can improve by using qualified individuals to install simple microwaves. The one we bought in 2016 went south and the new one can not be installed because of a missing board? BUT, the first one was installed using 2 screws...one on ehttps://www.moneycrashers.com/gap-insurance-cars-worth-it/ach side. Well, I guess we're lucky it didn't drop on my stove top. Now, I get put on terminal hold...HMMM do you think they use bonded insured contractors? We shall find out.

I exchanged an item I bought on sale (Insignia speaker/wrong color) and was told I should have been charged full price to do the exchange because the item was no longer on sale. This was literally the next day. The manager did the exchange but only after she said she was making an exception this time only. If this is the Prescott stores policy, I will not be shopping there again.
Worst company I have ever tried to do business with. I ordered a TV on line. Scheduled delivery for 5/23. Received confirmation that it would be delivered between 8-12 on 5/23. 2 PM I called CS. After 45 minutes on the phone I am told that the warehouse never sent the TV to the store for delivery. I will never walk into that store or go to best buy online again for anything.
