When I need help, they send another guy over who can’t answer the questions. My last three experiences there have taught me to avoid this place. Won’t be shopping there again.
Manager Sucks !!!!!!!!!
The manager admitted to using false advertising practices. When you put an item in a display box, and slap a price on it... the item in the box should not cost over $400 more than advertised!! The General Manager at Best Buy store 366, said this was completely legal and wouldn’t give me the item shown for the price shown. He said it was so OK that in two days it will still be listed exactly as it is now. #falseadvertising #marketing101 #fail
Bought a new stove and dishwasher here. Took almost 3 weeks to be delivered then 1 month after delivery dishwasher quit working. Called the store and the shifted us to LG . They came out a week later then about 5 minutes after they pulled away it quit working. Wasted a day off of work. Now waiting today 4 days later and they said they haven't received the part. WTH....what part ??? So now another holiday without a dishwasher !!!! I'm done ! ( BTW, they gave us a $25 credit...how big of them !) Poor service all around....

Still have not received the money back that your store stole from me. Charged me to do an installation then when l came in for the install you said you couldn't do it on my model of vehicle because it was a manual. And now are refusing to refund the install fee. I'm applying today for a picketing permitt through the city of Puyallup. Then I'll be on meridian in front of your store with a huge sign that says "Best Buy steals from Military families".
