I have spent over two hours trying to schedule an appointment to have our back-up camera installed in our motor home. Despite being directed via live chat and several phone trees, I was unsuccessful and frustrated. Why isn’t it possible to speak to a human being that can confirm the availability to schedule an install appointment. We have a Total Tech Support policy that isn’t paying off at this point. Claudia
I am so incredibly angry about my experience with Best Buy that I hope I can express it in a calm manner. I ordered a washer and dryer to be delivered last Thursday. Along with that, I added a removal of old appliance or move to a different room. All I wanted was the old ones moved to a different room, but the option you have to choose is for either. Actually show up for a delivery (missed 4 out of 4 attempts. On phone now and #5 looks to be the same)
Your deliver service is the worst I have ever experienced. I have been waiting since 8 AM for a delivery. Still not here and no one has any idea when it might be delivered. Every time I call, I am told they are loading my items on the truck or that they had problems with people coming to work. . They have been loading my items for 5 hours! No one calls to tell me anything. I stayed home all day for this delivery.
RecommendedI came to this store after walking out of the Tacoma Best Buy where I was ignored for well over 20 minutes. The salespeople were spot on and helpful. I made a purchase with all of my questions were answered by a knowledgeable salesman. Thanks
