So my Dell XPS computer has been back to the store 4 times for the same problem for The Geek Squad to fix they've sent it out to have the motherboard and RAM replaced. I picked it up and I have the same problem a nice blue screen. After talking to the net technician in the store he told me the best thing to do was the code 800 Geek Squad number. When I called up 1-800 Geek Squad to try and get this sorted out they gave me the 888 number for Dell and told me I was on my own it was my problem. You just have to love the custome... read more
Horrible, horrible customer service. I tried returning items that a store associate told me to buy for my Mac and come to find out they are not compatible. I was told it was past the 15 day return policy, but it was a gift. They did nothing to appease me at all and told me to call corporate myself. Spent over two hours with corporate for them to tell me store management was in the wrong and yet I still have to wait and go through a process to get my money back.
Waited a wile for assistance but it was Black Friday at 8:00. But they didn't offer me a cover, any accessories,car charges,portable battery etc.

my son just buy a tv from north Dartmouth best buy and when we got home and he took out of the box it was not the same tv and we took it back to the store they gaves us a hard time saying that my son took that tv and put in the box and trying to get a another new tv
Got my husband an iPhone 7 yesterday and the young man who waited in me was Kevin. He was fabulous
